Hi Ben,

I came across TryHackMe’s job posting on LinkedIn and was immediately inspired by your mission to make cybersecurity accessible to everyone. As a passionate Product Designer transitioning from Electrical/Electronics Engineering, I bring a unique blend of problem-solving and creativity to my work, demonstrated in projects like Hopad, a game streaming platform I designed solo. Your post about the type of people you like to hire truly resonated with me—I thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments and am eager to contribute my user-centered design skills to create impactful experiences. I’d love the chance to discuss how I can add value to TryHackMe!

Best regards,

Hi Ben,

It's me again. And in case you didn't get my message the last time here on Substack, I'm Udeme Emmanson, the tenacious and audacious product manager who is ready to put in all the work and some, in order to see TryHackMe scale and quite frankly to also change my life. And I know you need such determined people. So here I am again. (and as many times as I need to, for this to happen)

In your latest article, there are so many points that are similar to my thoughts. For instance on the matter of feedback, I believe in democratizing it. There's so much perspectives that would greatly benefit the individual and the company and these may not always be from the leaders. So this is an expected outcome for me.

On being willing and able to juggle multiple roles, it just so happens that I made a LinkedIn post about being multipassionate and my excitement at trying things outside of the invisible lines of roles. Yes, it excites me to learn and practice new things especially when those things positively improve, impact any company I work with, so in this case, TryHackMe.

I know for a fact that this would be quite the most unconventional but highly interesting story of how you met one of the best employees ever. I believe it's a story worth telling. Lots of people would find it inspiring.

Here's my CV for review and I'm ready to meet with you at the soonest request.
